Merry belated Christmas and a happy New Year, folks!

Livejournal doesn't show my entries on my friends' pages. I dunno why that is but they can see my posts when they visit my site. I dunno... LJ really annoys the hell out of me.

That aside:
Drawing with a proper story board is heaven. It's much more enjoyable and I can already decide what camera angle to use and... other stuff like continuity errors! :D

Story still lacks a real plot. Right now it's basically about three humans trying to survive. It's snowing there because I've been cold these past few weeks. Despite heating. :<

Moar Nate. I know that it looks ... boring. Apart from that I still cannot colour with photosob. But given that I can hardly think of anything else right now... I had to draw a Nate.

Blogger is bein' a SOB so I cannot upload the second picture I drew. It's again Nathan Drake. Only this time, it's a duck. Because a "drake" is also a duck, you see... Puzzled that no one has done this yet. Or I didn't find it yet. Anyway.

The story takes place in more than just one island-location so it has a faster feel to it. Apart from which: There are more cutscenes!
Overall the second part really beats the first one in graphics and possibly also story-wise. The swamp in Borneo was so... swampy!!! D:

HEI! \o/ Character of Darker Than Black, an anime that I'm watching right now. The head's deformed, too. I wonder whether the laptop makes everything look... deformed. Had that impression for quite a while. Or: I need glasses. Which'd rock. I always wanted some.

Lighting practice. Kinda like it, even though the head's slightly deformed. Poor guy.
Nothing extraordinary. But it's been a rather busy few weeks with no internet for a while and other stuff... so I am kinda burned out. And I'm right now on war path with my drawing skills.

And then I decided to SOD IT ALL and change the whole story line- now it has a twist. That some will see coming. But I don't care. Right now I am looking for a way to start liking that story again and that means destroying all the horribly stupid passages and most importantly, the cliches. (They are still there but! then suddenly they'll be TEH GONE. So yeah...)

Apart from that, I am putting my characters through hell. Happy ending my ass!
