With semester holidays starting in, like, a few days I can finally start to work on my webcomic. Omg, yes! ;_; (This is not final. I was just playing around with screentoning and honestly, I am not too happy with the result. I am a fan of normal, unfancy screentones. But alas...)

Tried something new today. I am still trying to find out what inking style I'm comfortable with. Also, an inking style that doesn't take forever. ;D



Fanart for that unknown manga UnCassandra. Or AnnCassandra. But I stick to the former title-version... it's short and weird but I love the artwork. Somehow it appeals to me with its cool black and white contrasts... also, the characters are kinda cool.

Mein Manga Magie-Beitrag kam vergangene Woche mit der Post zu mir zurück mit einer kleinen Notiz, dass ich in Auswahl 3 gefallen bin und dann rausflog. Es gab danach noch zwei weitere Ebenen. Drauf stand, dass der Prolog interessant sei und das ganze gut als Kurzgeschichte funktionieren könnte (wenn dem so ist: wo ist mein Vertrag? Hmmmmm~?)
Dann hieß es noch, dass ich nächstes mal sicher weiterkäme, wenn ich weiterhin zeichnerisch üben tät. Tjaaaaaa.

Wenn man bedenkt, dass ich unglaublich unter Zeitdruck stand und nur knapp fünf Tage zum Entwerfen, Skizzieren, Tuschen, Lettern... bla hatte, dann... ach, na ja, ehrlich gesagt seh ich immer deutlicher, warum der Beitrag nix gewonnen hat. XD

Eine interessante Erfahrung war´s trotzdem. Sauer bin ich auch gar nimmer. Etwas geknickt war ich. Aber was soll´s.
